Easy and Hassle Free Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item within 15 days of the purchase date. 

To complete your return, please email us at info@sunglasstrend.com and request a Return Authorization and include your order number. We will email you back with the return address a printable Return Authorization to include in the returned box. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all original tags and include all original packaging. The item must be in the same condition as you received it. Upon inspection we will notify you and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Some credit card companies and banks take 2-3 business days to process credits. 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item.

When shipping an item it is best to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
